Improving your health and fitness is very important if you are to enjoy life to the full. Reading and writing is no different. This course will help you do both. Learn more about your health and fitness whilst at the same time improve your reading and writing. Calculate calories, put together healthy eating menus and much much more. This course is divided into four sectors, which you can do in any order. Each sector has 4 zones to visit. These are Skill Zone, Help Zone, Task Zone and Game Zone. As you move through the zones you will collect scores, complete activities and fun quizzes. The Keeping Fit sector will show you how to work out calories, to interpret tables and how much leisure activities cost. In the Healthy Eating sector you will be shown how to create your own calorie chart and menu. In Know The Facts, learn the health issues of smoking, alcohol and drugs. In Bodywise, protect yourself from illness and infection and improve your reading and writing at the same time by learning about abbreviations and how you can best understand more from information you read. Please be aware that some of this sector is of an adult nature.
